Chef de Partie for a Luxury Food Service

**Position: Chef de Partie for a Luxury Food Service organisation in Andheri, Mumbai**
- **Qualifications Required: Hotel management degree from reputed Indian or international culinary schools only.**_

Experience Required**:Minimum of 5 years of experience working in kitchen of a reputed hotel/restaurant specialising in Asian, continental, Mexican, French, Italian, Indian cuisine.** International work experience is preferred. **Should have good skill at making modern food recipes like vegan, gluten-free and sugar-free recipes.**

Job Responsibility: Responsible for assisting the Sous Chef for production at the kitchen and ensuring products manufacture as per the standards, menu design.

Key accountabilities are:

- Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the specialty section
- Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
- Overseeing food preparation.
- Assisting with the management of health and safety
- Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
- Managing and training any Commis Chefs
- Monitoring portion and waste control
- Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, afternoons and evenings.
- Should be willing to travel extensively to shoot locations / star residences etc*

Type of organisation**:A food service management company that provides luxurious and customised food service to Bollywood and other celebrities.**

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 per month

- Morning shift
- Rotational shift
