Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential business clients within the packaging industry through market research, networking, and lead generation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the packaging industry or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of packaging materials, products, and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals, focusing on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Customer Needs Assessment: Understand clients packaging requirements, including materials, sustainability, branding, and logistics, and propose customized solutions.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing ongoing support, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company’s packaging products, materials, innovations, and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits and advantages to clients.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations of packaging products and solutions, highlighting their value and differentiating features.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients, working closely with the production and supply chain teams to ensure seamless delivery of products.
- Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
