**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Welding and Fitting**:

- Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on various metals including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately fit and weld components.
- Measure, cut, and shape metal materials to precise specifications using hand and power tools.
- Assemble and fit metal parts according to engineering specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks on welded joints and structures to ensure they meet company and industry standards.

**Electrical Work**:

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components of manufacturing equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues in equipment and machinery.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant codes and standards.
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems.

**General Duties**:

- Operate various machines and equipment used in the manufacturing process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or apprenticeship program preferred.
- Proven experience as a welder, fitter, and electrician in a manufacturing environment.
- Certification in welding (e.g., AWS) is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools related to welding, fitting, and electrical work.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.

**Working Conditions**:

- Exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and varying temperatures in a manufacturing environment.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, and welding helmets.
- Regular standing, bending, and lifting.
