**Objective of the Role**:
**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:
1. Recipe Development & R&D Support:
a. Assist in recipe trials and contribute to R&D initiatives. b. Ensure adherence to recipes and improvise when necessary for culinary enhancements.

2. Menu Creation & Display:
a. Develop the weekly tiffin menu

3. Team Scheduling & Support:
a. Create and manage schedules for the F&B team, providing necessary support for kitchen operations.

4. Customer Service & Order Management

a. Distribute the prepared menu to the broadcast list promptly. b. Record orders, confirm them, and follow up diligently for payments. c. Maintain payment records for customers and reconcile data before bank deposits.

5. Dabba Packing & Quality Control

a. Ensure proper packing of all dabbas (lunch & dinner) according to the provided lists and quality standards.

6. Cafe & Stock Organization

a. Assist in organizing Cafe space b. Manage and supervise stock

7. Cleaning & Maintenance Oversight

a. Coordinate daily cleaning routines at all locations.

b. Supervise and schedule deep cleaning sessions at all locations.

8. Scheduled Visits Coordination

a. Facilitate visits to all locations

**Applicant Criteria**

1. Prior experience in food and beverage operations or similar roles within the F&B industry.

2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced F&B setting.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Proficiency in maintaining records, managing schedules, and upholding service standards.

5. Ability to thrive in a demanding F&B environment and ensure exceptional service delivery.

**Operating Days**:
Six days week (Sundays off)

**Remuneration**
Salary will be commensurate with skills, qualifications and years of experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
