Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for sales growth.
2. Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance the skills and performance of team members.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
4. Sales Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and present findings to senior management.
5. Market Research:
- Stay abreast of real estate market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry developments.
- Use market insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.
Qualifications:
1. 12th / Any degree.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively.
