Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our loan products, highlighting the benefits and features.
- Understand the financial needs of the customers and suggest the most suitable loan options.
- Answer all customer queries regarding loan eligibility, documentation, processing time, interest rates, and repayment terms.
- Maintain a detailed record of all calls made, including customer responses and interest levels.
- Provide feedback from customers to the management to help enhance loan products and customer service.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in finance, sales, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales executive, or a similar role in the banking or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to convert leads into customers.
- Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.
- Good organizational skills to manage a large number of calls and follow-ups.
- Basic understanding of financial products and particularly loan-related products.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
