Surveillance Officer

**Job Overview**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Monitor live video feeds and recorded footage from surveillance cameras remotely.
- Conduct regular and systematic observations to detect any suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Analyze and interpret video footage to identify potential threats, incidents, or irregularities.
- Follow established protocols and procedures to assess and respond appropriately to security incidents.
- Collaborate with onsite security personnel or law enforcement agencies when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of surveillance activities, incidents, and observations.
- Generate reports summarizing findings, observations, and recommended actions.
- Monitor and respond to alarm systems, ensuring appropriate actions are taken.
- Stay updated on security trends, technology advancements, and best practices in remote surveillance.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards of privacy and confidentiality

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Surveillance Officer or in a related role
- Strong technical proficiency in operating and managing remote surveillance systems and software
- Excellent knowledge of surveillance techniques, tools, and procedures.
- Familiarity with security protocols and emergency response procedures.
- Ability to analyze and interpret surveillance footage effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent surveillance and observation skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Should have access to fiber internet or should be willing to get one if hired.
- Must have Laptop/ Computer
- Power backup at home would be a great advantage

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Fresher's accepted.
- Certification in surveillance operations or related fields
- Experience working with advanced surveillance technologies, such as video analytics or facial recognition systems.
- Background in law enforcement, military, or private security.
