Position**:Junior Fashion Designer**

We are seeking a creative and motivated **Fashion Designer** to join our dynamic **Folk & Fab** team. As a recent graduate in fashion design, you will play a pivotal role in bringing innovative ideas to life. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of skills and tasks, reflecting our brand's emphasis on the fusion concept, cultural diversity, and international blend.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Fusion Concept**:

- Showcase a strong understanding and passion for fusion concepts, adept at blending cultural and international influences into unique and compelling fashion designs.

**2. Photography and Photoshoot Setup**:

- Demonstrate proficiency in photography and contribute to the overall visual storytelling of the brand.
- Set up and coordinate photoshoots to capture the essence of each collection.

**3. Modeling Management**:

- Manage and coordinate models for fashion presentations and photoshoots.
- Ensure that models effectively showcase the designs while maintaining a cohesive and impactful visual narrative.

**4. Portfolio**:

- Present a comprehensive portfolio that highlights your design expertise, emphasizing the fusion concept, and showcasing your ability to create visually stunning and marketable pieces.

**5. Fashion History Knowledge**:

- Stay abreast of historical and contemporary fashion trends.
- Incorporate a deep understanding of fashion history into design concepts for a well-rounded and informed approach.

**6. Video and Content Creating Skills**:

- Utilize video creation skills to produce engaging content that highlights the design process, inspiration, and behind-the-scenes glimpses.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually compelling promotional material.

**7. Blogging Skills**:

- Contribute to the brand's online presence by creating engaging blog content related to fashion trends, design inspirations, and industry insights.
- Establish the brand as a thought leader in the fashion industry through well-written and visually appealing blog posts.

**8. Fashion Software Proficiency**:

- Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard fashion design software.
- Utilize tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CAD, and other relevant software for design creation and presentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Proficiency in fashion design software and tools.
- Strong understanding of fashion history and current industry trends.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for pushing design boundaries.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
