We are looking for FRESH GRADUATES from non-technical streams for Passport Seva Kendra

*Decent Communication and Interpersonal skills
*Good personality and customer handling skills.
*Proficient in English and local language
*Computer savvy and MS Office knowledge

**Job Description**:
1. Resolve customer queries and issues.
2. Escalate customer issues for quick resolution.
3. Document Verification
4. Data entry
5. Ensure quality of services delivered.
6. Execute activities to meet the service period SLAs

CTC Offered : 14500 to 18900

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹17,500.00 - ₹20,700.00 per month
