As a Tender Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience, your primary role is to manage the end-to-end tender process, ensuring the organization's competitiveness in securing contracts. Your responsibilities include:
1. **Tender Documentation**:

- Prepare and review tender documents, ensuring compliance with all specified requirements.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to gather necessary information for tender submissions.

2. **Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential tender opportunities.
- Analyze competitor activity and pricing strategies to enhance the organization's competitiveness.

3. **Proposal Development**:

- Develop comprehensive and compelling proposals in response to tender invitations.
- Work closely with technical and financial teams to incorporate accurate and relevant information.

4. **Deadline Management**:

- Manage the entire tender submission process, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather required inputs within specified timeframes.

5. **Compliance Assurance**:

- Ensure that all tender submissions adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any contractual or compliance issues.

6. **Negotiation Support**:

- Provide support during negotiation phases, addressing queries and participating in discussions as required.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to finalize contractual terms.

7. **Stakeholder Communication**:

- Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders throughout the tender process.
- Address inquiries from external parties and maintain positive relationships with clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in tender management and proposal development.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical and strategic thinking for competitive tender submissions.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
