**Responsibilities**:

- Generating ideas for innovative products
- Taking trials in New product development and reporting results
- Documentation and evaluation (sensory/technical/performance/stability) of trial formulations independently.
- Existing products improvement.
- Should involve in scale
- up production of new products
- Should be passionate and have interest in cosmetics/make-up..
- Should take responsibility for his/her own projects and have to coordinate with team mates.
- Should be well organised, well structured and flexible personality.
- Should have basic computer skills (MS office)
