Trainee Technician

Key Responsibilities:

- Axle & Suspension Fitment: Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs on trailer tipper axles, suspension systems, and related components.
- Troubleshooting & Diagnosis: Identify issues related to axles, suspension systems, and other mechanical problems using diagnostic tools and technical knowledge.
- Routine Maintenance: Carry out scheduled maintenance, inspections, and adjustments to ensure suspension systems and axles are in optimal working condition.
- Repair & Replacement: Replace worn or defective parts, such as bearings, bushings, springs, shock absorbers, and other related components.
- Quality Control: Conduct post-installation tests to verify correct fitment and ensure all safety and performance standards are met.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inspections, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience working as a trailer technician, with specific experience in axle and suspension fitment.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficient understanding of mechanical systems, particularly trailer axles, suspension systems, and air brakes.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues accurately and efficiently.
- Certification: Relevant technical certification in automotive/mechanical systems (preferred but not mandatory).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy components, work in awkward positions, and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in installation and maintenance tasks.
- Teamwork & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with other technicians, and report to supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in working with trailer tippers in a commercial/industrial setting.
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems, air suspension, and related trailer tipper components.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
