**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Formulation Development: Develop new Ayurvedic formulations and improve existing ones to enhance product efficacy and quality.

2. Manufacturing Process Management: Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, including raw material procurement, compounding, blending, and packaging.

3. Quality Control: Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and product specifications.

4. Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of regulatory requirements related to Ayurvedic manufacturing and ensure adherence to all applicable guidelines.

5. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements to streamline manufacturing operations.

6. Team Leadership: Supervise and train manufacturing staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of manufacturing processes, formulation details, and quality control procedures.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.

2. Minimum of [3-5] years of experience in a manufacturing role within the pharmaceutical or Ayurvedic industry.

3. In-depth knowledge of Ayurvedic principles and traditional herbal remedies.

4. Strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical manufacturing.

5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Effective communication and leadership abilities.

7. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
