What you'll be doing

The primary role of the Service Engineer (L3) - Prisma Access (SASE) is use of expert knowledge and industry best practices to investigate tickets of high complexity, conducts advanced and complicated tasks, and provides resolution to a diverse range of complex problems.

This position uses considerable judgement and independent analysis within defined policies and practices. Applies analytical thinking and deep technical expertise in achieving client outcomes, while coaching and mentoring junior team members across functions.

Required Experience:
Typically requires 7-10 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Solid experience in supporting Prisma Access or equivalent cloud-delivered security SASE technologies.
Working knowledge on implementing policy tuning and optimization for Prisma Access or equivalent cloud-delivered SASE technologies
Experience with network firewalls, and troubleshooting network infrastructure security products and services, and provide an excellent customer experience.
Working knowledge on remote user access technologies, including IPSec VPN, SSL VPN, Explicit Proxy, ZTNA, SWG Proxy.
Experience of Sandbox (Wildfire), FwaaS & DLP.
Knowledge on TLS / SSL Protocols
Knowledge on Next-Generation Firewall capabilities, configuration, and deployment including Panorama, User-ID, App-ID, Threat Prevention, URL Filtering, CASB, DLP, SSL Decryption.
Intermediate knowledge / hands-on experience on Security aspects, such as WAFs, Bot Management, Rate Limiting, Zero Trust
Demonstrated working knowledge of ITIL processes
Additional experience on Cisco FirePOWER / ASA, Checkpoint, Juniper, Fortinet products a plus
Palo Alto Certifications PCNSE, PCNSA are

mandatory
Security certifications like CCIE, CCNP, JNCIE etc. will be a plus
Ability to communicate and work across different cultures and social groups
Ability to place client at the forefront of all interactions, understanding their requirements and creating a positive client experience throughout the total client journey

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensure that assigned security infrastructure at the client site is configured, installed, tested, and operational
Ensure that the remediation of events meets client security standards and is executed in a timely fashion, in accordance with pre-set SLA/SLO’s
Ability to create an advanced security centre of excellence within our delivery centre, and then leverage this to provide training and mentorship to more junior engineers in the team
Become familiar with the client's environment and security posture
Work with clients, their vendors and other NTT managed services groups to drive remediation actions and the implementation of compensating controls
Create client facing summary analysis and required reports regularly
Participate in client facing meeting with stakeholders and deliver analysis and reporting
Make recommendations to stakeholders on potential projects and processes that can be implemented to improve the security posture of the client
projects independently with limited supervision
