We are looking for a Production Planning and Inventory Control Executive to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing unit.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and oversee daily production schedules to make sure we meet deadlines and run efficiently.
- Work closely with the central Production Planning team and other departments to ensure everything is well-coordinated.
- Keep an eye on inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock and ensure smooth production.
- Continuously look for ways to improve our production process to make it more efficient.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing, procurement, and sales teams to address any production issues.
- Manage plant operations and manpower to ensure we stay on target with production goals.

**Requirements**:

- 3-4 years of experience in production planning and inventory control, ideally in the footwear industry.
- Knowledge of plant operations and manpower handling.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Great communication and team coordination skills.

Job Location: Calicut

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
