**Responsibilities**:

- Assemble handcrafted lighting products using fabric and plastic sheets.
- Follow provided designs and instructions to ensure product consistency.
- Operate relevant tools and equipment for crafting processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with the team to meet production targets.

**Requirements**:

- No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Ability to work with fabrics and plastic sheets comfortably.
- Attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to production timelines.
