- **Technical Support**: Troubleshoot basic technical issues with enrollment devices and software.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure the quality and accuracy of collected data to minimize errors.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to privacy and security protocols to protect personal information.
- **Reporting**: Maintain records of enrollments and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
