Building Supervisor

1.To ensure that the whole site, including premises, furniture and fittings and grounds are maintained to a high standard and the day-to-day running and maintenance of the premises avoids wastage and is efficient.

2. Manage the caretaker, supervising daily duties, organising tasks and monitoring quality of work. To supervise and monitor the work of the cleaning team and monitor the grounds maintenance

3.To place orders for items of housekeeping and ensure stock levels are maintained.

4.To maintain a log of all inspections and checks required to keep the premises safe.

5. To maintain all tools and equipment in good repair

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- BESIDE DABRA CHOWK FLYOVER, Hisar - 125001, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
