- Identify opportunities to expand the company's lane coverage and service offerings through strategic partnerships with carriers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential customers who require transportation services within company lanes.
- Promote the company's value proposition to carriers, highlighting competitive advantages and mutual benefits.
- Explore innovative ways to attract new carriers and increase hauling capacity in company lanes.
- **Coordination and Logistics Management**:

- Coordinate closely with the dispatch and brokerage teams to ensure efficient matching of freight to carrier capacity.
- Monitor lane demand and carrier availability to optimize load planning and maximize utilization.
- Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration between carriers and internal teams to streamline operations.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times in freight transportation.
- **Performance Analysis and Optimization**:

- Monitor key performance metrics related to carrier performance, pricing competitiveness, and lane utilization.
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization in carrier selection and pricing strategies.
