**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver training programs for aspiring Eye Connect Technicians, focusing on technical skills, entrepreneurship, and customer service.
- Proficiently use Learning Management Systems (LMS) to facilitate online learning and track trainee progress.
- Conduct practical training sessions, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises to facilitate learning.
- Assess the progress and performance of trainees, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Facilitate smooth conduct of assessment of the trainees.
- Collaborate with project leadership to continuously improve training programs based on feedback and evaluation.

**Qualifications and Skill Requirement**:

- Bachelor's degree in Optometry or related field required.
- Preferable 3 years of experience in training, teaching, or education preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate trainees.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and experience in online course delivery is advantageous.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
