Pratham Hospital Bilaspur is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Public Relations Officer (PRO). As a PRO, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the hospital's public image and maintaining positive relationships with patients, their families, and the community at large.

**Responsibilities**:
**Communication**: Maintain effective communication channels to convey the hospital's mission, values, and services to the public.

**Patient Relations**: Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, ensuring their concerns and feedback are addressed promptly and professionally.

**Community Engagement**: Plan and execute community engagement activities to foster a positive relationship between the hospital and the local community.

**Media Liaison**: Act as a point of contact for media inquiries, coordinate press releases, and manage the hospital's presence in the media.

**Event Coordination**: Organize and participate in events, health camps, and outreach programs to promote the hospital's services.

**Requirements**:

- Graduation in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in public relations or a related field is an advantage.

**Selection Process**:
**Salary: 10000 to 20000**
