Hair Artist

As a Hair Artist, you will be responsible for creating stunning hairstyles and providing exceptional hair care services to our clients. Your creativity, technical skills, and passion for hair styling will play a key role in enhancing our clients' appearance and boosting their confidence.
- **Hair Styling**: Perform a variety of hair styling services including cutting, coloring, and styling hair to achieve desired looks. Stay updated on the latest hair trends and techniques to offer innovative styling options to clients.
- **Consultation**: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their hair care needs, preferences, and desired outcomes. Provide expert advice and recommendations on suitable hairstyles and treatments based on individual hair types and conditions.
- **Hair Treatments**: Administer hair treatments such as deep conditioning, keratin treatments, and scalp massages to improve hair texture, health, and appearance. Educate clients on proper hair care techniques and products for at-home maintenance.
- **Special Occasion Styling**: Create elegant updos, intricate braids, and glamorous hairstyles for special occasions such as weddings, proms, and parties. Collaborate with clients to design personalized looks that complement their attire and overall style.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about hair care products, tools, and equipment available in the market. Recommend and sell professional hair care products to clients to maintain their hair health and style between salon visits.
- **Sanitation and Safety**: Adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards to maintain a clean and safe salon environment. Follow proper sanitation protocols for tools, equipment, and workstations to ensure the well-being of clients and staff.
- **Client Relations**: Build strong rapport with clients through attentive service, active listening, and personalized interactions. Strive to exceed client expectations and cultivate long-term relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or Hair Artist in a salon environment.
- Extensive knowledge of hair care techniques, trends, and products.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Creative flair and artistic vision for hair styling.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced salon environment.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
