Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- Program Support:

- Assist in the implementation and management of competency-based education programs.
- Collaborate with faculty and instructional designers to develop course materials and assessments.
- Provide support to students enrolled in CBE programs, including answering inquiries and resolving issues.
- Administrative Duties:

- Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.
- Coordinate scheduling for assessments, exams, and other program-related activities.
- Manage enrollment processes and assist with admissions procedures for CBE programs.
- Communication and Outreach:

- Serve as a point of contact for students, faculty, and staff regarding CBE program inquiries.
- Communicate program updates, deadlines, and other relevant information to stakeholders.
- Assist with marketing efforts to promote CBE programs and attract new students.
- Quality Assurance:

- Ensure compliance with institutional policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor the effectiveness of CBE program delivery and suggest improvements as needed.
- Collect and analyze data to assess student outcomes and program effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Prior experience in higher education administration, preferably in a CBE environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of educational technology platforms and learning management systems is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
