**Overview**:
As a Field Executive, your primary responsibility is to represent the company in the field, interacting with clients, customers, and stakeholders. You will be tasked with executing various on-site activities, ensuring the smooth implementation of company initiatives and maintaining a positive brand image. The role demands excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to addressing challenges in the field.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Interaction**:

- Engage with clients and customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide information about the company's products or services and address any inquiries.
- **Field Operations**:

- Implement on-site activities as per the company's guidelines.
- Ensure timely and efficient execution of tasks related to promotions, surveys, or sales.
- **Data Collection**:

- Collect relevant data and feedback from the field to assist in improving products, services, or marketing strategies.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Address and resolve issues that may arise during field operations promptly and effectively.
- Report any recurring problems or challenges to the appropriate department for further action.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of field activities, including client interactions, feedback, and any issues encountered.
- Submit regular reports to the management team detailing field performance and outcomes.
- **Training and Development**:

- Stay informed about the company's products, services, and policies.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- **Adherence to Policies**:

- Follow company policies and guidelines regarding field operations, ethical conduct, and safety protocols.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other team members, both in the field and within the organization, to achieve common goals.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar field or industry is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions on the spot.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting purposes.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments and schedules.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle may be required, depending on the nature of the fieldwork.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- 5S: 1 year (preferred)
