Political Researcher

We are looking for a Political Research to join our team which is a full-time position based out of Ranchi Jharkhand and entails secondary research on political issues, data analysis, fact-checking and insightful documentation.

**Experience Required: 2 to 3 years**
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources, including media, reports and governmental documents.
- Monitor political developments, elections and public sentiment to identify trends and forecast political outcomes.
- Evaluate the potential impact of proposed policies, bills and political initiatives.
- Prepare detailed reports and briefing papers on key political issues for internal use or external stakeholders.
- Conduct surveys, polls and interviews to gauge public opinion on political matters.
- Compile comprehensive research findings into clear, concise reports and presentations.
- Monitor news outlets, social media and press releases to stay updated on relevant political events.
- Monitor and report on legislative sessions, political debates, and committee hearings to provide updates on ongoing political processes.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Policy, International Relations or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Strong understanding of political systems, policy analysis and legislative processes.
- Proven experience in political research, analysis or related roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in using research tools, databases, and statistical software for data analysis.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
