A Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk and performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The primary goal is to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the reception area, providing excellent customer service to all visitors and callers.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Greeting Visitors**:

- Welcome visitors and clients in a warm and friendly manner.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Maintain a visitor logbook and issue visitor badges.
- **Telephone Management**:

- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Handle inquiries and take messages as necessary.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage the daily mail, including sorting, distributing, and sending out.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- **Office Maintenance**:

- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).
- Oversee the inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Coordinate with facility management and vendors for necessary repairs and services.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and courteously.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- **Communication**:

- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers).
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer service attitude.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
