Food Technologist

**Job Summary**

This position is for a food technologist with core experience in vegetable dehydration using processes such as air and drum drying. Hands on experience in potato processing is a must.

Additionally, experience in water evaporation systems such as spray dryer and falling film evaporator will be keenly considered.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

1) Production process development

2) Production/factory management

3) Techno commercial duties

3) Assistance in R&D and New Product Development

4) Statutory compliances and certifications

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

**Skills**:
1) Knowledge of advanced food tech concepts and processes

2) New product development

3) Production management

**Education**:
Higher education in either of the following:
1) Food Science and Technology

2) Food Chemistry

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Haroli, Una - 174301, Himachal Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
