Nursing Lecturer

Key Responsibilities:

- **Curriculum Delivery**:

- Teach nursing courses, covering topics such as anatomy and physiology, pharmacology, patient care, nursing ethics, and clinical skills.
- Deliver lectures, facilitate group discussions, and conduct practical demonstrations.
- Develop and update course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments, ensuring they align with accreditation standards.
- **Clinical Instruction**:

- Supervise and mentor students during clinical placements or practical labs, ensuring they adhere to professional nursing standards and practices.
- Evaluate student performance in clinical settings, providing constructive feedback on their clinical skills and patient interactions.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Create and grade assignments, quizzes, exams, and practical assessments to evaluate student learning.
- Monitor student progress and provide individualized support or intervention when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate with students regarding their academic standing.
- **Student Support and Mentorship**:

- Offer guidance to students on academic and career development, including helping them navigate challenges in their studies.
- Foster an inclusive learning environment that supports diverse student needs and learning styles.
- Provide advice on professional nursing practice, including ethical issues, patient care, and communication.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other faculty members, clinical instructors, and healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated and comprehensive nursing education.
