Verbal Faculty

Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development: Designing and developing course materials, lesson plans, and instructional content tailored to the specific needs and skill levels of the students. Ensuring that the curriculum aligns with educational standards and goals.

Classroom Instruction: Conducting engaging and interactive classroom sessions, lectures, discussions, and workshops that promote active learning and critical thinking. Providing clear explanations, examples, and feedback to students.

Student Assessment: Evaluating student performance through various assessment methods such as tests, quizzes, projects, presentations, and assignments. Tracking and analyzing student progress to identify areas of improvement and offering personalized support.

Individualized Support: Providing one-on-one assistance to students who may be struggling with language skills or require additional support in their verbal development.

Language Proficiency: Encouraging students to enhance their language proficiency, vocabulary, grammar, and writing abilities. Guiding them in reading and analyzing literary texts to develop critical interpretation skills.

Communication and Public Speaking: Assisting students in developing effective communication skills, including public speaking, presentation delivery, and persuasive communication.

Classroom Management: Maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment, ensuring discipline and adherence to rules, and promoting respect and cooperation among students.

Professional Development: Staying updated with the latest trends, teaching methodologies, and advancements in language and communication fields. Participating in workshops, conferences, and ongoing training to improve teaching techniques and knowledge.

Parent and Faculty Interaction: Communicating with parents or guardians to discuss students' progress and address concerns. Collaborating with other faculty members to share best practices and coordinate activities.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
