Job Summary:
The Electrician at Avitis Super Specialty Hospital will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems,

ensuring that all electrical work is in compliance with the relevant codes and safety standards. The role requires a proactive approach

to the maintenance of equipment, prompt response to emergency situations, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of the maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine maintenance and testing on commercial and domestic electrical systems, and ensure installations are to manufacturer standards,

including in fire alarm systems and security systems.
- Rewire faulty electrical systems, such as lighting, heating systems, and alarms.
- Ensure good quality workmanship which upholds company standards, complies with building codes, and follows safety requirements.
- Work alone to find and present faults and concerns in electrical systems without receiving explicit direction.
- Provide exceptional customer service and answer any customer inquiries, explaining complex technical aspects to non-technical individuals.
- Collaborate with construction workers, plumbers, and other crew members.
- Install electrical systems to 17th edition wiring regulations, including installing heating and cooling systems.
- Provide professional assessments and advice for customers.
- Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes,

and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service.

Qualifications:

- Certified electrician with proven experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial and domestic electrical systems.
- Ability to work well under pressure and to act quickly and decisively in emergency situations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
