**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Inventory Management**:
- Receive and inspect incoming winter garments, materials, and supplies.
- Ensure that all goods are stored in appropriate conditions to prevent damage and maintain quality.
- Keep accurate records of inventory levels and update the inventory management system regularly.
- Conduct regular physical counts and reconcile with data storage records.
- **Storage and Organization**:
- Organize and maintain the store layout to maximize space utilization and ensure easy access to items.
- Label and arrange goods systematically in bins, shelves, or racks.
- Implement and maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) principles to manage stock rotation.
- **Distribution**:
- Prepare and dispatch orders as per the production requirements.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate with suppliers for reordering when necessary.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including receipts, issues, and returns.
- Generate and submit periodic inventory reports to management.
- Handle and file all documentation related to inventory control.
- **Quality Control**:
- Inspect goods for defects or damages upon receipt and during storage.
- Ensure that all stored products meet the company’s quality standards.
- **Safety and Compliance**:
- Ensure the store complies with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to inventory management.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the production, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide training and guidance to junior store staff if applicable.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in inventory management or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a store keeper, warehouse manager, or similar role, preferably in a garment manufacturing environment.
- **Skills**:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
