**Job Purpose**:
Supervise & coordinate for execution of electrical maintenance activities in Kiln & Cooler sections to maximise plant availability, improve productivity at minimum maintenance cost, keep all spare motors available/ ready and to co-ordinate power distribution system. Ensure energy consumption at optimum and also high levels of environment, safety and statutory compliances.

Job Context:
Kotputli Cement Works was originally setup in the year 2009 with state-of the art plant with rated capacity of 2.5 MnTPA (8000 TPD) clinekrization line and 2.5 MnTPA (8000 TPD) cement production mills. With systematic de-bottlenecking and asset squeezing clinekrization line ramped up to 3.3 MnTPA capacity (10000 TPD). With installation of new clinkerzation line in FY 24, the plant capacity is ramped up to 6.6 MnTPA clinker production and 4.5 MnTPA Cement gridning capacity
- making it second largest IU in North cluster.

2X23 MW Captive power plant, 16 MW WHRS which is connected with Grid at 132 KV voltage level and ensure stable voltage & frequency. All electrical equiments are of latest design & highly efficient.

Major Challenges:
'¢ Reduce the Electrical breakdowns and improving the plant availability. Maintain common inventory for critical equipment's. Utilization of available resources to fulfil the plant requirement. Skill development of workmen for smooth plant operation. Implementation of WCM & safety standards.
'¢ Monitoring and control of Specific power consumption of Kiln, Cooler.
'¢ To reduce the electrical maintenance cost and manpower cost.
'¢ To reduce MV drive failure rate.
'¢ Effective implementation of ISO 50001:2018 energy management system.
'¢ Maintain 100% Green circle areas and make working environment safe and incident free.
'¢ To imporove and implement WCM Activites

'¢ Identify & arrange rectification of leakage points/unsafe points along with monitor & take corrective action for emission levels.

'¢ Timely conducting scheduled SO & WTI round and reporting of incidents and near misses on occurrences in the area.

'¢ Active participation in safety training, safety sub committees, standard champions meeting and any safety event
