Responsibilities:

- Generate imaginative event concepts that cater to the client's requirements, brand identity, and event goals.
- Conduct meetings and discussions with clients to understand their event vision, objectives, and audience preferences.
- Stay updated on the latest event trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to incorporate fresh ideas into the conceptualization process.
- Develop concepts that are feasible within the allocated budget and provide cost-effective alternatives where necessary.
- Create compelling narratives and themes that tie together various elements of the event, creating a cohesive and immersive experience.
- Work closely with the event planning team, designers, vendors, and other stakeholders to integrate the event concept into the overall event strategy.
- Prepare visual presentations, mood boards, and concept documents to effectively communicate and pitch ideas to clients and internal teams.
- Bring creativity and originality to the event concepts, ensuring they stand out from competitors and leave a lasting impression on attendees.
- Customize concepts to suit different types of events, such as corporate events, conferences, rewards & recognition.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Conceptualizer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful event concepts across a variety of events.
- Proficiency in using creative software and tools to visualize concepts effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
