Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients with the goal of introducing our digital products and services, understanding their needs, and promoting the value proposition.

2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our digital offerings, including websites, online marketing solutions, and other related services, to effectively communicate their benefits to prospects.

3. Lead Qualification: Qualify leads through engaging conversations, identifying their pain points, and determining how our solutions can address their specific requirements.

4. Solution Presentation: Clearly and persuasively present our digital solutions, highlighting their features and benefits in a way that resonates with the prospect's needs.

5. Relationship Building: Build rapport with potential clients by actively listening to their concerns, addressing questions, and demonstrating empathy to establish trust.

6. Objection Handling: Address objections and concerns raised by potential clients, providing accurate and relevant information to overcome barriers to purchase.

7. Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.

8. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the company.

9. Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and optimize lead generation efforts.

10. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing practices, and competitive landscape to enhance selling techniques and product knowledge.

Qualifications:
a. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
b. Proven experience in outbound telecalling or telesales, with a focus on digital products or services.
c. Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, persuasive demeanor.
d. Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
e. Comfortable working with CRM software and other sales tools.
f. Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
g. Adaptability to different client personas and communication styles.
h. Positive attitude and resilience, especially in dealing with rejection.
i. Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and terminology is a plus.
j. Multilingual skills may be advantageous in reaching diverse customer segments.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Create and communicate sales goals and ensure C-level executives are informed on the progress of those goals.
- Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
- Develop new business and maintain existing account referral relationships.
- Maintain records of completed and upcoming tasks.
- Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.
- Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
- Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.
- Cold calls weekly to expand base of referring professionals.
- Meetings a week with referring partners Internal tracking and reporting weekly Professionally representing brand in all settings.

A combination of education and experience will be considered.

**Salary**: ₹1,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per year
