Job Title: Junior Creative Designer

Department: Marketing

Reports to: Graphic Designer

Job Summary: Junior Creative Designer will be responsible to shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions and publicity activities. The graphics should capture the attention and imagination of the target audience and communicate the intended message. A creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design is a pre-requisite.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Strategy Development.
- Collaborate with marketing and business teams to understand goals, target audience, and key messages.
- Conduct competitive research and analyze industry trends to inform content strategy.
- Define content objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop a content calendar and plan that aligns with the overall marketing strategy.

2. Audience Research.
- Conduct in-depth audience research to understand the needs, preferences, and pain points of the target audience.
- Create buyer personas to guide content creation efforts.
- Monitor and analyze audience feedback and behavior to refine content strategies.

3. Content Creation.
- Generate high-quality and engaging content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, videos, info graphics, podcasts etc.
- Creatives and Designs should be aligned with Search engine Optimization (SEO) best practices to improve search engine visibility.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to create multimedia content.

4. Content Optimization.
- Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Use data and analytics to refine content performance and make data-driven improvements.

5. Content Distribution.
- Manage content distribution schedules and campaigns.
- Monitor and engage with the audience on social media and other platforms.

6. Performance Tracking and Reporting.
- Use analytics tools to track the performance of content marketing efforts.
- Measure KPIs such as website traffic, engagement metrics, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Create regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of content strategies and make necessary adjustments.

7. Stay Updated.
- Keep up with industry trends, content marketing best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Continuously refine and evolve content strategies to adapt to changing market conditions.

8. Collaboration.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, sales, and product development, to ensure content aligns with overall business objectives.

9. Content Promotion.
- Develop strategies for promoting content through influencer partnerships, guest posting, and other outreach efforts.

Job Requirements

1. A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is typically preferred.

2. Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), is essential.

3. Strong creative and artistic abilities to conceptualize and develop unique design concepts.

4. A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and precision in design work.

5. Excellent communication skills to understand client requirements and effectively convey design ideas and concepts.

6. The ability to manage time effectively, prioritizes tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

7. A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects that demonstrate creativity, technical skills, and a strong understanding of design principles.

8. Flexibility to adapt to evolving design trends and the ability to tailor designs to meet diverse client needs.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
