Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales revenue and acquiring new customers. You will be responsible for conducting field sales activities, prospecting leads, and building relationships with potential clients. Your goal will be to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and contribute to the growth and success of our business.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Prospecting and Lead Generation**:
- Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities.
**Client Acquisition**:
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products/services.
- Build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
**Field Sales Activities**:
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to discuss product/service offerings, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
- Travel to client locations, industry events, and trade shows to promote our products/services and generate leads.
**Sales Target Achievement**:
- Set ambitious sales targets and develop action plans to achieve or exceed targets within specified timeframes.
- Track sales performance metrics, including sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts, and report progress to management.
**Customer Relationship Management**:
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to existing customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales transactions using CRM software.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence buying decisions and close sales deals.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for sales and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed to meet customer needs.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
