Back Office Executive

Data Management: Collect, organize, and maintain data in electronic and paper formats. This may involve data entry, data analysis, generating reports, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain various documents, reports, and records. This includes creating and editing documents, proofreading, and formatting them according to organizational standards.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical, for easy retrieval and reference. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Database Management: Maintain and update databases and CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, proper categorization, and timely updates.
Coordination: Coordinate with different departments, team members, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and workflow. This may involve scheduling meetings, distributing agendas, and following up on action items.
Information Management: Research, compile, and analyze data or information as required by the organization. Summarize findings and present them in a clear and concise manner.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity in the back-office operations.
Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. Perform quality checks on documents, reports, and data to maintain accuracy and consistency.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams or departments to support their operational needs, share relevant information, and contribute to organizational goals.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
