Servicenow Trainee

Successfully planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing all technical tasks related to configuration and implementation of all aspects of the ServiceNow platform
- Coordinating and solving complex technical data and transformation issues
- Obtaining and analyzing business requirements to purpose sustainable solutions in ServiceNow
- Developing, maintaining, and executing reports to ensure system operation meets performance targets
- Creating and maintaining system design and operations documentation
- Identifying system deficiencies and recommending solutions
- Collaborating effectively with other ServiceNow administrators to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requests
- Understanding ServiceNow functionality and how all ITIL processes can be implemented in ServiceNow. This includes, but is not limited to Incident Management, Change Management, CMDB Management, Service Catalog, and Problem Management modules
- Completing other duties as assigned

Preferred proficiencies:

- Effective at managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail on each project
- Adaptable to change and able to work independently and/or as part of a team
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, spread, and present significant amounts of information with an attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear and concise communication with adequate written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact with all levels of internal and external business partners
- Manage and prioritize work effectively with mínimal supervision

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
