**SAFE Certified Scrum Master**

Hyperworks Imaging is a cutting-edge technology company based out of Bengaluru, India since 2016. We are building disruptive and transformative products and solutions in diverse verticals ranging from Finance to Energy.

We are a rapidly growing company, working with multiple companies around the world. We also support their needs for strong technical professionals to help build and maintain their proprietary platforms. The following opening is at the intersection of alternative assets, cryptocurrencies and precious metals. It is a full time position to support teams in the US and requires immediate joining.

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate the Agile development process by leading daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective meetings.
- Ensure the team follows the Scrum framework and Agile best practices.
- Collaborate with product owners to define and prioritize user stories and ensure they are well-understood by the development team.
- Assist the team in removing impediments and resolving conflicts to maintain a productive work environment.
- Coach team members on Agile principles and help them continuously improve their skills and knowledge.
- Track and communicate the team's progress, velocity, and overall performance to senior management through status reports and metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and other Scrum Masters to ensure alignment and coordination across teams.
- Continuously assess the team's maturity and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- SAFE certified Scrum Master with at least 7-8 years of experience running Agile teams.
- Proven experience in project management, business requirements gathering, and providing timely status reports to senior management.
- Strong understanding of the Scrum framework, Agile principles, and methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve conflicts within the team.
- Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in large-scale Agile environments.
- Familiarity with other Agile methodologies such as Kanban, Lean, or XP.
- Knowledge of software development processes and best practices.

**SALARY DETAILS**: commensurate with experience and industry standards.

**Salary**: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
