**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Management & Conversion**:

- Reach out to potential leads generated through inquiries, online campaigns, walk-ins, and other channels.
- Engage in follow-up communication to nurture leads and encourage enrollment.
- **Counseling & Advising**:

- Educate potential students about the Academy's courses, benefits, and the IAS exam preparation process.
- Address questions and concerns to build trust and offer clear guidance.
- **Sales & Enrollment**:

- Effectively convert inquiries into enrollments by creating interest in the courses offered.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
- **Collaboration & Reporting**:

- Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to coordinate campaigns and generate leads.
- Maintain accurate records of all counseling interactions, inquiries, and enrollments.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on performance, enrollments, and feedback.
- **Event Participation & Marketing Support**:

- Assist with open houses, webinars, workshops, and other student engagement activities.
- Provide on-ground support for events, seminars, and promotional campaigns as needed.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or counseling role, preferably in the education sector.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- **Customer-Focused**: Ability to connect with students and empathize with their needs.
- **Sales Skills**: Demonstrated ability to meet targets and work in a performance-driven environment.
