Landscape Architect

This is a full-time on-site role for a Landscape Architect located in Kochi. The Landscape Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and managing the development of outdoor areas and landscapes. They will work with clients to understand their needs, create project proposals, and oversee the implementation of projects. The Landscape Architect will also work with a team of designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field
- Experience in landscape design, project management, and contractor coordination
- Strong knowledge of plant materials, landscape materials, and construction detailing
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and other design software tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and team members
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage time effectively
- Professional licensure or the ability to become licensed within the state is preferred
- Experience with sustainable design practices and LEED certification is a plus

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
