**Qualifications**
- Basic Knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards
- Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and other food preparation workers
- Should have worked in a busy kitchen
- Food Innovation - Experiments to come up with new specialities that will draw customers
- Keeps up with the trends in cooking and restaurant business
- Should have worked previously as a DCDP, minimum prior experience of 2-5 Years in the Industry.
- Hands-on approach with a can-do work style
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
- Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned
- Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence
- Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms
- Strong communication skills
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
