**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualise and execute creative ideas for video projects, including commercials, promotional videos, and branded content.
- Lead the production process from pre-production planning through filming, editing, and post-production.
- Design complex motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video content and engage audiences.
- Collaborate with writers, producers, and other team members to develop compelling narratives and storytelling techniques.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance and feedback on their work.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in video production, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and translate them into creative solutions.
- Maintain organised project files and assets, and ensure proper archiving and documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in multimedia design, film production, graphic design, or related field.
- Proven experience in video editing, motion graphics, and visual effects, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Advanced proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar.
- Strong storytelling and narrative development skills, with the ability to craft compelling visual stories.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling.
- Experience working with clients and stakeholders, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Applicants for position must have a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in video editing, motion graphics, and visual effects. Proficiency in software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Cinema 4D is required. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
