Texturing and Material Creation: Ability to create custom textures and materials to enhance the visual quality of assets. Familiarity with texturing tools and techniques, such as UV mapping and texture painting, is valuable.
- Understanding of Game Development Pipelines: Knowledge of the game development process and how assets integrate into the pipeline is crucial. This includes an understanding of optimizing assets for real-time rendering and considerations for various platforms.
- Artistic Skills: Strong artistic and design skills are necessary to create visually appealing and aesthetically pleasing assets. A sense of composition, color theory, and attention to detail are important.
- Collaboration and Communication: Game asset designers often work as part of a team, collaborating with other artists, designers, and programmers. Good communication skills and the ability to effectively convey ideas and receive feedback are essential.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous work and demonstrating proficiency in asset creation, including 3D models, textures, and other relevant assets, is typically required.
- Adaptability and Learning: The game development industry is constantly evolving, with new tools and techniques emerging regularly. A willingness to learn, adapt, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements is beneficial.
- Working experience and knowledge of Unreal Engine.

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
