**Job Title: COMMISSARY ASSOCIATE**

**JOB FUNCTIONS**:
The purpose of this post is to assist in the preparation and service of all sections in the kitchen under the general guidance and supervision of the chef.
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene.
- Preparing the ingredients for operations.
- Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately.
- Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation.
- Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your specialty.
- Maintaining FIFO in kitchen.
- Assisting chef in optimization of wastages, variance control.

**Requirements**:

- Hotel Management Diploma/Graduation
- Minimum of 6 months experience in Hotels/Restaurants

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹280,000.00 per year
