We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a

Call Centre Agent. As a Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for resolving

customer inquiries, providing exceptional service, and maintaining a high level

experience in a similar role, possess strong communication skills, and be able

to handle a high volume of calls efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming customer calls promptly and efficiently, while maintaining a

professional and courteous demeanor.
- Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and accurate

manner, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding our

products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Effectively navigate through multiple computer systems to access and update

customer account information or process orders.
- Follow established call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and

accurate information is provided to customers.
- Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate

department or supervisor for further assistance.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, including call quality,

average handling time, and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in training new team members and providing ongoing support to

colleagues as needed.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a supportive and collaborative

work environment.

**Requirements**:

- 1 to 2 years of experience in a call centre or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and

empathetic phone manner.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer issues

effectively.
- Ability to multitask and navigate through multiple computer systems

simultaneously with ease.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other call centre tools is highly

desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documenting customer interactions

and updating records.
- Ability to remain calm and composed during challenging customer interactions.
- Demonstrated ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and

holidays, as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer

service or call centre operations are a plus.
