We are looking for an enthusiastic **experienced Tele canvazing Representative in the field of Hair transplant** to contribute in generating clients for our company. You will be responsible for converting clients over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
An effective Tele-calling representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting services over the phone as well as dealing with enquires and doubts.

The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in clients and developing business.

Job Location: Ernakulam

Language - Malayalam/English

Experience - 1-2

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
- Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company for effective communication
- Use phone etiquette to engage customers and build rapport
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or information
- Up sell products or services when applicable
- Enter and update customer information accurately in the database

**Requirements**:

- ANM/GNM Nursing completed can apply
- Fluent in Malayalam/English
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
