**Job Responsibility**:

- Manage courier operations, ensuring timely provide rates quotation.
- Coordinate with logistics teams, vendors, and clients
- Monitor and optimize route planning, reducing costs and improving service quality.
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate records and reports
