**Job Summary**:
The Farm Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily farm operations, ensuring efficient management of resources, and maintaining high standards of crop or livestock production.

The role involves supervising farm workers, monitoring equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and agricultural regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and oversee daily farm activities, including planting, harvesting, feeding, and maintenance tasks.
- Supervise and train farm workers, ensuring tasks are performed efficiently and safely.
- Monitor the health of crops or livestock and take appropriate action to address issues.
- Maintain farm equipment, tools, and infrastructure, coordinating repairs or replacements as needed.
- Ensure compliance with agricultural regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain records of farm operations, including inventory, production, and expenses.
- Collaborate with management to implement farm strategies and improve productivity.

**Qualifications**:

- diploma in agriculture or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in farm management or a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural practices and equipment operation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time, on-site position with variable hours, including weekends and holidays as required by the farming schedule.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,024.59 - ₹23,070.31 per month
