**Designation Jr. Executive**

1. Responsible to ensure the microbiology lab as per good laboratory practices.

2. Procurement of microbial media, cultures, and other requirements for microbiology lab.

3. Preparation of SOPs, GTP and other microbiology lab related documents.

4. Preparation and review of instrument qualification protocols and execution of the activity.

5. Preparation and review of microbial limit test method validation and execution of the activity.

6. Checking and planning of calibration of microbiology lab instruments

7. Procurement, installation and qualification of microbiology related instruments/equipments.

8. Ensuring the preventive maintenance of the microbiology lab instruments/equipments in

coordination with AMC/CMC providers.

9. Maintenance of microbiology lab records, microbial media, chemicals and consumables.

10. Review of microbiology lab reports and raw data.

11. Preparation and review of trends in microbiology lab.

12. Involving of regulatory audits, customer audits and internal audits and its compliance.

13. Training of microbiology lab personnel and preparation of On Job Training schedule and

execution.

14. Ensuring of microbiology lab personnel qualification and preparation of Job Description.

15. Preparation of annual schedules for environmental monitoring of clean rooms and

microbiology lab instruments/equipment’s calibration.

16. Handling of quality management system like Deviation, Change Controls, Out of Specification

results, Out of Trend results related to microbiology lab.

17. Responsible to maintain the department, equipments and its premises to be clean and to comply

cGMP.

18. Responsible for coordinating with other departments like warehouse, QA, Maintenance,

Purchase department in day-to-day activity for better operational requirements and to follow

the cGMP requirements.

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
